Mexican (Mango) Crema
Mexican crema is one of the best condiments on a taco or beans or anything for that matter. The extra tangy, velvety sauce is easy to make at home and we of course love to add a little fresh mango to it for a little sweetness.

Mexican (Mango) Crema
Method
Whisk together the sour cream and heavy cream until combined and smooth. Add the lime juice and whisk that in as well. Let the mixture sit out overnight (about 12 hours) covered with towel. After the mixture sits out overnight or 12 hours, whisk in the mango puree and refrigerate until use.
Store in sealed bottle or container for about 7 days.
