Blood Orange (Coconut) Mango Julius
This vegan version of our mango Julius not only utilizes coconut milk, but the blood orange juice gives it a beautiful pink hue.

Blood Orange (Coconut) Mango Julius
You can use any kind of milk and any kind of orange for this recipe.
Makes 3-4 drinks
Ingredients
1 cup coconut cream
½ cup mango purée
1 tablespoon blood orange zest
1 cup blood orange juice
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
½ cup mango pit syrup
2 cups ice (approximately)
Method
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
