Mango Dragonfruit Popsicles
No Sugar is used in the making of these deliciously tropical popsicles. This is the perfect entry way recipe for those not used to dragon fruit, and mangoes are the perfect pairing partner. It’s as easy as few slices and a few whilrs of the blender. You will need popsicle molds for this one.

Mango Dragonfruit Popsicles
Ingredients
1 large mango, chopped, about 1 -11/2 cups
1 teaspoon lime zest
2 cups water, plus ½ cup
1 dragon fruit, peeled and chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Method
Mix together chopped mango, lime zest and 2 cups of water ina. Blender until its super smooth. Set aside, clean up blender.
Combine the dragon fruit, lime juice and ½ cup of water in a blender and blend until super smooth.
Pour a little of the dragon fruit at the bottom of each popsicle mold. Place in the freezer to get a little hard, about 15 minutes. Fill each popsicle mold up with the mango puree, cover the popsicle mold with the lid and the popsicle sticks. Freeze for 5-8 hours before eating.
